One Sail landscape light is an outdoor lighting system inspired by “sailboats”. It combines the meaning of maritime culture with industrial-grade weather resistance and is designed for coastal landscape belts, municipal cultural squares, cultural and tourism blocks, etc. Its modular structure and high-precision manufacturing process take into account both artistic aesthetics and functional practicality, making it an ideal choice for improving the city’s night image and sustainable lighting.

High-light-efficiency LED module: Equipped with 50w/module LED light source (130*130mm standard size), the light efficiency reaches130lm/w, and with asymmetric light distribution lens, it can achieve road illumination uniformity Uo20.6 and glare value UGR<16.

Hardcore weather resistance, no fear of extreme environments

The main structure is made of 201 stainless steel (upper cover assembly) and Q235b galvanized steel (lamp pole and bracket. Throughaser cuting, stretch bending and galvanizing anti-rust technology,it ensures that the wind resistance level reaches 12 (60m/sl, the saspray test exceeds 4800 hours, and it can adapt to the temperature difference of -40'c to 80°c.

Triple protective coating

Epoxy zinc vellow primer + epoxy zinc-rich primer: double anti-rust base, adhesion reaches 1s0 2409 Class 0.<br> Dark gray fluorocarbon topcoat: UV aging resistance, color diference AE<10 (10-year cycle), keeping the salilboat shape new for a long time.

Modular design, easy installation

Prefabricated components for quick assembly: All structural parts (such as upper cover, lamp pole, flange) are prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site using 304 stainless steel anti-theft screws (M5/M6 standard parts). The installation time for one person per lamp is less than 2 hours.

Sustainability and cultural values

The streamlined stacked sail ribs are an artistic sculpture during the day and project soft warm light at night (adjustable from 2700K to 4000K), implying “a thousand sails competing for the best, and everything goes smoothly”, helping to create a cultural and tourism landmark.
